The system works on top of others, like all MS-Win, all Linux, Mac etc.,
which appear to disappear, becoming hidden resource managers.
All computers are this way 'equalized' to idential behaviour.
There were various efforts in this sense during the short
history of computing. None of them became a market success.
Nobody wanted to abandon his habits and tools for something less complete.
But there is an alternate way to succeed - a concept to offer sufficient attractive advantages to users.

An own specific LINUX dialect had been distributed several years ago in a European country.
The distribution was discontinued for reasons not related to this product line.
By market changes during the last years, there is again
an unoccupied major opportunity in the field of LINUX distribution.
Meantime a software and tool layer has been completed here
which enables average users to make instant use of computing power of the level of UNIX administrators.
In addition, functionalities can be added which increase the LINUX attractivity, compared with MS-Win.

This is in its current state only for research funding.
It is at present still a product of mainly scientific interest.
It is after re-implementation and completion possibly a best choice
for all applications requiring intelligence functions.
The system could for example deal with language learning, language translation,
contents analysis of text, intelligent communication with users (automated call centers) and much more.
The basic concept has been developed during several years and was first implemented around 1990.
A port to current computing standards is required, and completion for developer interaction with the tool library.

Did you ever wonder why the number of translation language
pairs did not change very much for available translation software packages since 20...30 years?
Why the translation quality did not much improve since decades?

the human language brain. Such a more universal concept could also

At the first glance, it sounds nowadays and after meantime experience nearly convincing.
- But these prognostics included a basic error : That it would be impossible

some kind of knowledge classification. -
For this purpose, the Dewey Decimal Classification concept
is the most widely used library classification scheme.
Scientific libraries all over the world are using it.
In a while it will reach the age of 150 years... An invention for eternity?
No progress possible? No need to have something more recent?
Is the Dewey decimal classification classification concept the optimum?
And why not hexadecimal? Why not octal?
No need to consider an improved type of recursion for the code constructs?
No need to search for a concept resulting in far shorter codes?
No need for closer interfaces with ISO standards?
No need to mirror more intensively the specifics of Asian languages and scripts?
No need to get it closer to the way like our language brain is working?
No need to have in times of the INTERNET something fitting better to this
revolution of information access?
There are good answers for alle these questions. And finally,
this results in an investment opportunity.
