How to create a new German GbR [hence a free ,,pseudo-Ltd'']?

The German ,,GbR'', a partnership

The German ,,GbR'' [,,company based on civil law'', a partnership]
enables to create in an inofficial manner a special zero-tariff company
with some kind of relative limited liability.
This is an important advantage, because on the other hand,
the official German equivalent
of an ordinary company with limited liability [''Ltd''] is the German ''GmbH''.
But this German GmbH is a luxury asset for wealthy business creators.
Limited liability for businesses is by Germany legislation
conceived as a privilege for members of wealthy families.
This is a case of social discrimination. This discrimination is here considered
as illegal, because violating the prohibition of social discrimination
on European and on German level.
A solution for this was conceived 20 years ago,
a special contractual construct equipping business partnerships
with some level of limited liability.
At that time it was distributored by editors from Zürich and from London.
The original developer of this legal concept distributes

created on the base of this complex concept.
