• But this is no problem. Typical economic stimulus packages mostly have a nothing- value and exist only due to unrealistic imagination. So the selected and honored top designer will also have the corresponding intellectual capacity to travel by imagination to the moon.

• The parody approach will help journalists and citizens to become more critical. When a package claims "rescue", there is not aĺways rescue inside.
• The economic system and public budgets and politicial system in industrialized nations, all this is well prepared to survive a financial and economic crisis. It is not sure that it would survive an endless series of growing and growing stimulus packages. The relative stability of the current world could be lost. Remember that the last comparable great crisis (1930...) was followed by World War II.
• True efficient valid economic stimulus packages are not excluded from this competition. Economic stimulus packages can be useful if properly conceived. It would be helpful if experienced economists would find the time to add their suggestions also on this site.
• Contributors without a profound knowledge in economics should not believe that they would be able to conceive valid stimulus packages. Non-economists are typically unable to anticipate the unexpected side effects of any political intervention related to the economic system.
