the personal outcoming of the subjekts of law application.
Finally the system breaks down, resulting in a general tolerance of injustice.
... because in modern state, most citizens delegate in their thinking
the ''justice'' task to the government.
But the bureaucratic governmental system is (of course) unable to

Most citizens begin to become passive TV spectators of resulting injustice and misery:
