why do they need to search permanently for new investors? They all should be multi-billiardaires since a long time.

(2) If public subsidizing of innovation would be as good as it claims,
why does the money nearly never arrive for those creating in an efficient manner Internet und software innovation? (In the European Union and for example in Germany and in France?)
Why close to 100 % of high value projects are never realized, due to lack of money?
