Free registration or fee-based? |
The basic registration of a project on fin7.com is always free.
There is nothing to pay if you do not succeed to get money for your suggestion.
In the case of success fees have to be paid like displayed on fin7.com / fee table
fin7.com is helpful for projects requiring at least 2000 US$ or EUR. - For projects up to 2 000 US$ / 2 000 EUR the fees are relatively high. It is not recommended to register projects of less than 5000 US$ / € on fin7.com . i
For projects of 10 000 or more the fees are far below usual fees for crowdfinancing or crowdfunding.
The fee is calculated base on the volume of the final real transaction. It is not based on the initial wanted amount.
Special case: If the intended total was above 5 000 but resulted in less then 5 000, the fee percentage like for 56nbsp;000 will be applied.
This fee is not for some participation in the money transfers.
The site administration does not get and does not transfer the funds. It does not define contractual rules.
The site supplies instead the required contacts and other helpful information. So the users keep the complete freedom how to coordinate their financial transactions. But supplied helpful information enables them to do this in an efficient manner.

For projects with the size of a small business some additional service might be helpful: Business strategy, preparation of agreements, shareholder status, special clauses for the cases of future losses or major profits.
