How to register your loan request on fin7.com |
The service is free if you do not choose any service before the registration or later for the agreement with lenders.
It is recommended to make use of such services for amounts above 10 000 USD or EURO or the equivalent in other currentcies. But there is no obligation for doing so.
You have to specify in your text the basic information about your project or other lending purpose.
The intended amounts and interest rates have to be specified.
If the loan can be secured, like as a mortgage, this should be specified.

Do you want only one lender? Or are you looking for several lenders?
If you want to finance with loans from several private lenders, it is the best to standardize the agreements. Otherwise it will be difficult to manage the lender relationships in the long run. If there are several lenders, it should be clarified if they will have the same priority level. This might have some effect in the case of financial problems.
For the worst case, the case of bankruptcy, there should be clear rules who will be paid first.
Under normal circumstances the priority level might result in privileges like higher or lower interest rates, depending from the duration of the loans.
Loan amount
A good first decision is to negotiate loans of a basic amount or of a multiple of it. Single loans might perhaps be 10 000 $ or a multiple of it.

If interest rates are not paid but added to the lender's account, try to maintain clarity. It is better for permanent clarity to account in some separated manner the basic initial amount on the one hand, the accumulated unpaid interest amounts on the other hand.
Why this recommendation? There is no basic difficulty to calculate always the total account credit with corresponding formulas. - The reason for the separate calculation is of a practical nature:
The calculation rules always tend to become a subject of differing opinions if unexpected payment delays occur. In this case the main amount is not involved in the discussion. Only the smaller amounts of interests on still unpaid interest need to be discussed. In this case the amounts occurring in the discussion are small and agreements are much easier.
There are also some other reasons. One other reason is to be as close as possible to the habits of the financial markets. In this case general habits and court rulings for the financial markets can apply to your agreement with your lenders.
