THE PROBLEM:

Mostly citizens do not try to get compensation for losses and damage caused by major companies or official organisations. Such disputes cost typically more fees and efforts than the possible financial result, based on realistic probabilities.

THE SOLUTION:

MILCOP is a legal construct to coordinate significant amounts of compensation for losse and/or damage.
